Weekly Pay
Payroll is processed every Thursday via direct deposit, with funds typically available in your account every Friday. Pay stubs are emailed only; no paper statements are mailed.
Please note: Bank holidays may delay deposits until the following business day.
Per Diem Pay
A portion of your daily earnings (up to $80 per day) is paid tax-free to cover meals and incidental expenses while on the road, which helps increase your net take-home pay.
W-2 Company Driver Position
This is a full-time, direct employment position with standard tax withholding and access to all company-sponsored benefits.
Paid Vacation
We believe in work-life balance. Drivers earn one week of paid vacation after 12 months of service, paid at a flat rate of $1,500. To reward long-term commitment, this amount increases each year, reaching $2,000 after five years of service.
Paid Holidays
Eligible after 6 months. Six paid holidays per year, paid at $150 per holiday, increasing annually up to $200 per holiday after five years of service.
Health Insurance (HRA)
Coverage begins after 90 days. The company reimburses up to $250 per month (tax-free) for qualified health insurance premiums and medical expenses. Drivers must be enrolled in their own qualified individual health plan to receive reimbursement.
Life & Disability Insurance
Includes free basic life insurance.
Both short-term and long-term disability options are available to protect your income if you are unable to work.
Retirement Savings
Our SIMPLE IRA plan matches 100% of your contributions, up to 3% of your gross pay. All employer contributions are immediately 100% vested and yours to keep.
Workers Compensation Insurance
You are fully covered for work-related injuries and illnesses from the moment you join our team. We invest approximately $7,000 per year per driver to provide this gold-standard safety net at absolutely no cost to you.
